Каждое упоминание отдельного релиза в теме будет равняться одному баллу, отданному за этот релиз. Любой пользователь может проголосовать за 1-50 альбомов. То есть, даже голос за один релиз, а не полноценный топ, будет учитываться. Если пользователь разместит больше 50 альбомов в списке, то будут учтены голоса за первые 50 релизов (можно размещать списки любого размера, только указывайте, какие релизы учитывать).

Альбомы, эпишки, сплиты, компиляции - но только от одной группы, не сборники типа 100 лучших эмо-хитов. НЕ считаются разного рода переиздания.
Найти новые релизы, отмеченные на форуме можно несколькими способами. Просмотрев ленту с новыми релизами, либо в поиске по префиксу 2011. По префиксу также можно искать в любом музыкальном разделе, тогда отфильтруются лишь темы с новыми релизами в этом разделе.

Даты голосования:
До 22-го января 2012-го включительно. После чего будет опубликован итоговый топ, не подлежащий редактированию.

Album that had the good sense to be released in mid-October, at the precise point all of these lists were being compiled, thereby marking itself out to forgetful hacks with a fortnight's worth of reasonable release hoopla, despite the fact that, had it been released in May, it would be yesterday's sonic chip paper by now.

3. Band everyone voted for to impress the magazine's editor because they know it's one of his personal favorites and frankly they need all the brownie points they can get if they don't want to be sonic journalism woodchips in 2012.

2. Album no one heard, but everyone had heard was really good after it got that 8.5 from Pitchfork, and so voted for to fill the extra space on their ballots when they realized there were only nine albums they actually loved this year.
