The Neighbors were a fast hardcore band from San Diego, USA. Active during the early 90's to 01-02 i think.
Earlier stuff is more fast punk, later stuff is more fast raging hardcore. discogs

Missing: I Want You To Think About Freedom, What It Means, And How It Contradicts With Good Old American Beliefs. Tape, unknown release year (just found out about this, looks like promo songs from their The More Money... EP)
