Ещё одна новоорлеанская группа. Играли в середине 80ых, и, видимо, крайне недолго. Не путать с одноимённой, более популярной группой. В общем-то, это почти хардкор как таковой, но есть и чисто кроссоверные проигрыши и моменты, поэтому поместил их сюда. К тому же, новоорлеанская сцена была вся перемешана, панки и металисты постоянно из группы в группу бегали, меняя стили. BTDH: Because you are from New Orleans, how did you see the New Orleans scene at this point? How did you feel seeing that metal explosion in New Orleans with quite a good number of outfits such as Exhorder, Acid Bath, Nuclear Crucifixion, Elimination etc.?
Kevin: When I first started playing in bands, the scene was small. We played shows with the likes of Graveyard Rodeo, Shell Shock and The Virul Nihils at a dirty, run-down old VFW hall on Franklin Ave. That’s where the New Orleans metal/hardcore sound really flourished and developed. Those were great times. I’m proud that what we created is so widely recognized and appreciated
BTDH: Did these bands try to make name for themselves in the underground scene?
Kevin: Lots of bands did. Some of the best bands from that time had such short-lived tenures, but still managed to have a significant impact (The Flagrantz, Blatant Frustration, Suffocation By Filth…).
