Less Than Jake – американская панк-группа из города Гейнсвилл, Флорида. Основанная в 1992 году, как пауэр-поп трио, группа стала играть разновидность ска-панка. В музыке Less Than Jake также чувствуется влияние многих жанров, включая пост-гранж, хеви-метал, альтернативный рок и поп-панк.
Биография
До Less Than Jake вокалист и гитарист Chris Demakes с барабанщиком Vinnie Fiorello создали группу Good Grief. Учились вместе в школе Порт Шарлотт. Good Grief распалась, когда Chris переехал в ***, поступил в Университет Флориды. В июле 1992 года создали группу Less Than Jake. Shaun переехал в Нью-Йорк, Chris и Vinnie начали писать песни до того, как Vinnie присоединился к Крису. Когда Vinnie присоединился к группе, ребята решили, что им нужен басист.

В 2003 году Less Than Jake выпустил альбом «Anthem». Весь 2005 года группа провела в работе над записью материала, затем в 2006 году ребята отправились в турне вместе с Catch 22, A Wilhelm Scream, The Loved Ones, The New Mexican Disaster Squad, Rock-n-Roll Soldiers, Damone, Dropkick Murphys, и Far From Finished. В апреле 2006 года вышел мини-альбом «In with the Out Crowd».
В феврале 2007 года группа устроила 6 выступлений, затем отправились в Лондон. Летом этого же года отправились в турне вместе с Streetlight Manifesto и Against All Authority. В декабре выступали в Японии. 12 июня 2008 года вышел альбом «GNV FLA».
Осенью 2012 года вышел альбом под названием "Greetings & Salutations"
