Неимоверно крутая группа, которая образовалась в начале 90-ых в Провиденсе, что в Род Айленде.
Temperance - это симбиоз страстной лирики, в которой нашли место разочарование и грусть, с медленным, но напористым и в то же время мелодичным хардкором, разбавленным аккустической гитарой. Звучат очень душевно и красиво.

Члены группы:
Elliot Smalley - вокал (до этого - James Quigley)
Josh Nesmith - гитара
Jason Nesmith - гитара
Chris Gauvin - бас (до этого - Adam Roy)
Anthony Amaral - ударные (до этого - Brad Larkin)

Обычно вообще не выкупаю группы 90-х,но эти хороши.Очень нетипичное звучание,особенно вокал понравился:up:

Я ничо не имею против имо, но учитывая какой расклад на форуме, Тэмпэранс стоит в хорткор перенести.

Дико обожаю эту группу, оба релиза заслушаны до дыр. Неимоверно красивые риффы, очень характерный и узнаваемый вокал, откровенная лирика от которой мурашки по коже..

хочу поправить, что образовались они не в середине 90х, т.к. уже в 92м была первая семерка. ;)

група просто дико сподобалась, по-моєму, один з кращих вокалів ever, такий запис цікавий, гітари:in_love:

похожи, но максимально temperance походили на kingpin, особенно на их позднее творчество.
но клялись, что ни у кого не пиздили :))

Are there any bands that you would consider yourself really close to, in terms of being in the same personal and meaningful area?
Well, everyone in our band loves Turning Point. Back when we started, we always thought that we were similar to Turning Point, some of their songs and lyrics and shit like that. But there's this band Kingpin, who used to play in Boston; they've been broken up for pretty much forever, but we always used to be compared to them. Our style is a lot like Kingpin's, and people used to say that I sang a lot like the singer, stuff like that.
I've seen reviews that have said about the same thing, compared you to both bands.
If you look at Kingpin's lyrics, and the way that their songs sound and how they are, they're very personal, too. So I'd say that those two bands...there are similarities, but then there's a lot of differences, too. I've heard people compare us to Sensefield, but I don't really know if that's a great comparison, I think that we're much more of a hardcore band that Sensefield is, just in terms of our sound. But I like Sensfield, I just don't think we sound like Sensefield.
