Looptroop - хип - хоп колектив из Västerås, Sweden. Looptroop были основаны в 1991 Promoe (Mårten Edh) и Embee (Magnus Bergkvist).В этот период они учились в школе ичем то серъезным эта группа не была.В 1993, с приходом в группу Cos.M.I.C , было выпущено на касетах первое Ер Superstars. В 1995 выходит еще один релиз на кассете: Threesicksteez.По прошествии года, в 1996 выходит третяя кассета From the Waxcabinet. Так же в это время к группе присоединяется Supreme (Mattias Lundh-Isen) , которы постоянно с ними тусил и писался, но официальным членом группы не был. Так же в это время Supreme и Cos.M.I.C вместе рисовали граффити в "BIF" (Babylon Is Falling).
В 1998 Looptroop основывают свой рекорд лейбл David Vs. Goliath (DVSG), который при поддержке шведского панкрок лейбла Burning Heart Records выпускает в 2000 году первый дебютный альбом Looptroop :Modern Day City Symphony.
В 2001 Promoe выпускает свой соло альбом : Government Music. В 2002 выходит второй оффициальный альбом Looptroop: The Struggle Continues. В 2004 Embee выпускает свой соло альбом Tellings From Solitaria, который в том же году удостоился шведского гремми за лутший hiphop/soul . В 2005 выходит третий альбом Looptroop : Fort Europa. 9 февраля 2007 года Cos.M.I.C сообщает, что намерен покинуть группу. После его ухода группа переименовывается на Looptroop Rockers.23 Апреля 2008 выходит альбом уже Looptroop Rockers под названием Good Things.
