Вот хотел бы представить на суд публики свеженькую формацию из Нью-Йорка - Swallow the Ocean. В принципе группа представляет собой еще одного хорошего представителя течения post-metal, в саунде ощутимо влияние Isis и Cult of Luna.
Пока что у коллектива всего один дебютный альбом:

харошая групка, вокал напоминает раннюю Культофлуну, качественная музыка, правда ничем ебанутым или особо оригинальным не поразила

очень ровный, прям по формуле сбацанный поцметал. Твердейший трояк: вроде и не удивили ничем, но и удалять с винта жалко, под настроение вполне себе идёт. Резиновый Изис, силиконовая Культ оф Луна

Check out a video of "Dancing upon a sunken Vessel" from the Jacques Cohen Benefit show. Jacques was a dear friend and incredibly talented recording engineer/producer. We had the pleasure of working with Jacques on our debut EP released in 2008, as well as, our un-released full length until his untimely passing in 2012. Many of you have been asking where we have gone and why the album has not come out as of yet. We sincerely apologize for keeping you in the dark.
During the mixing process of our unreleased full length we underwent a few member changes. During that time we were unable to get back into the studio to finish mixing and mastering as the studio was fully booked. When our differences were finally settled and we began to write, rehearse, and play shows with our new line up. Shortly there after we were given notice that Jacques had a brain aneurism and was in the hospital in a coma. Weeks after we were notified that Jacques family had the heart breaking decision of taking him off life support as he would never wake up. Since this time we have not been able to contact the individual who has our recordings (although we know who he is). We fully intend on obtaining the recordings and finishing the record. We truly appreciate the continued support you have given us and the interest in our new material although its been two years. We love you all
