Yhdarl является недавно начавшим функционирование очередным проектом бельгийца Deha, который весьма плодовит на них - еще существуют Ars Artis, Greuh, In Somnia, Ithilien, Merda Mundi и Deviant Messiah. Все так или иначе связаны с блэк-металом. Yhdarl не исключение, но главная составляющая - дроун-дум, поэтому это самый угрюмый из них. Инфлюэнсы: Sunn O))), Wormphlegm, Khanate, Bunkur, Earth, Nortt, Shape of Despair, Tyranny, 1000 Funerals, Comatose Virgil, Ea, Evoken, Funeralium, Grimlair, Reverend Bizarre, Moss. Ну, в общем, список предсказуем и не требует обьяснений.

This project was not made. This project always existed in the tortured mind of its father, who is just another man burnt by the sun, burnt by the light which is just an imitation of a fake reflect on a mirror. It it not the death that matters here, it's the means, the reasons and the causes of why we do live. The reject of that light, of all this concentrated madness, is a goal. The madness, the sickness, you have to feel it because you shall know what it is, and then you will know if you can live, or not. Yhdarl is not something to listen to, it is more involved in anyone's mind when the very first wave come to your ears. Its is a trip into sickness, and you won't stop from falling, falling down into the guts of madness, and you will feel everything but insignificant piece of shit. Yhdarl will make you think twice before you act. You don't need the world, but it does need you. Every little thing you do is a cataclysm. Every cataclysm you do is a little thing. One day, a master said "The death of one was a tragedy, but deaths of million's just a statistic". Think. And act.

Yep, I am Deha, the main author of this. Even if you guys should know that on Yhdarl, I'm not alone anymore : Larvalis (female, vocalist, composer) entered the band just before he recording of AveMaria.

I am glad some of you like or not this release. After all, I spent more than 2 years to make it.

Problem is people are always arguing about "this is black metal? i don't see any blasts" or else. Yep, this is not black metal. Must me more into a funeral doom with suicidal stuffs and, why not, "black' mood in it, like black ambiant does, even if I can't do what Moлvцt did.

Fact is : the music is important. No matter what style or substyles.

BTW the label cut all contacts with me just before the real physical release. People got this way before I did (one german guy even tatooed his arm with the front cover's artwork), he didnt give me all the informations, not everything I wanted to close the deal with a good end. Shit happened, his fault, so I do blame him. And it's NOT the first time he fucked with some bands. I know some. So that's why I do release this for free, even if I own like 20copies here, I just don't wanna sell them. Seems like it's fucking dirty money or something.

And being like a jerk : yes, I've got many musical projects and I am kinda proud that my music suits some people like "vosmidesijatye" who's always promoting my stuff. But you must all know that my goal isn't to touch people with my music, especially yhdarl. It's to harm them, to fuck with their minds so hard they would pass out. I do NOT like promotion, I hate this with a passion. In the end : Music is the gate, Music is the fucking word. So spread this, listen to it, blow your mind on it, have some harsh sex on it, make some violence to yourself. Musis can be listened by living it, only. Ever felt the dancing mood and the briiight sun while listening to dragonforce? Ever felt the pure darkness while hearing de mystheriis dom sathanas? Ever felt the groove with any gipsy jazz release? If you don't, consider yourself NOT as a music listener. Live the music, for fuck's sake. Don't care about the promotion, who's the guy, why, promoting it, anything. MUSIC.

Последнее не слушал, но предыдущий материал крайне посредственный, типичный "злой" дроун/дарк эмбиент, удручающий своей незамысловатостью и перемежающийся с таким же типичным "злым" дум миталом/блэком. В целом напоминает плохой триллер: напугать хотят, но не страшно, потому скучно.
